Subscription and refund policy

Your membership reserves your child’s place in the same class each week. Payments are taken via monthly direct debit in advance of that month’s classes and we do not offer refunds once payment is taken for the following month.

Payments will appear on your bank statements as GoCardless and are taken on, or just after, the 1st of each month.

Missed classes

Your monthly direct debit acts as a subscription that reserves your child’s place in the same class each week. We cannot provide refunds for sessions that your child will not be attending. However; If you provide notice of a missed session a week in advance, we will try and fit your child into another class to make up for that missed session. We cannot guarantee that there will always be availability for this.

Closures

Swipes Tricking Academy is closed for up to three weeks a year. Dates will be confirmed via email and social media platforms as and when. Our membership is priced to allow for closures of up to three weeks a year, so there will be no refunds in this instance.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your membership with the club, you must notify us in writing (swipesacademy@gmail.com). If you have notified us on or before the 22nd, then the cancellation will be sanctioned with immediate effect.

There will be no refunds for the remainder of the month’s sessions, but the participant will get access to all classes for the remainder of that month.
